A2 Commercial Cleaning was founded in Brisbane by two professionals from outside the mop-and-bucket world, operators who built and led large-scale operations inside top-100 companies, and who spent years driving sales and growth for businesses across the cleaning industry and beyond.

We came at this industry from a different angle, and what we saw from the operational and commercial side was a pattern repeating everywhere:

• Skilled cleaners let down by companies with no real systems
• Work that was never checked unless a client complained
• Issues “noted” but never actually fixed
• Clients spending their own time managing a service they’d paid to forget about

The problem was almost never the cleaners. It was the lack of structure behind them. So we built the company we couldn’t find: an experienced cleaning team, backed by genuine operational systems, run by people who know how to make large operations work.
