We focus on doing cleaning exceptionally well across your whole facility, rather than spreading into unrelated trades. For building maintenance services outside cleaning, we can often coordinate with your existing trades and contractors.
Can we start with daily cleaning and add other services later?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with daily or routine cleaning and progressively consolidate their other services, windows, carpets, pressure washing, periodic deep cleans, under the same A2 program as their existing contracts come up for renewal. There’s no requirement to move everything at once. We’re happy to start where it makes sense for you and grow the relationship as you see the value.
How does consolidated billing work?
Instead of separate invoices from multiple contractors with different terms and billing cycles, you receive one consolidated invoice covering all the cleaning services A2 provides to your building. Recurring services and periodic or one-off works are itemised clearly so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
