How do you screen and vet the cleaners who enter our centre?
Every A2 team member assigned to a childcare centre is background-verified before their first shift. They are site-inducted on your centre’s specific access protocols, child safety requirements and supervision arrangements before they begin. Induction records are held on file and available to your Centre Director on request. We never send an unverified or uninducted team member to a childcare site.
What cleaning products do you use around children?
We use low-VOC, low-residue products specifically selected for use in children’s environments. All products are chosen for safety, appropriate efficacy and minimal chemical exposure. Safety data sheets (SDS) are held on file for every product used at your centre, and are available for your NQF assessor, your team and any safety inspection. We never use adult-grade fragranced or harsh chemical products in children’s rooms.
Can your cleaning documentation support our NQF quality assessment?

How do you handle gastro or infectious disease outbreaks?

When your centre experiences a gastro event or other infectious disease outbreak, we mobilise a documented deep disinfection , covering all affected areas with appropriate disinfectants, removing all potentially contaminated items from service, and providing written confirmation of every cleaning action taken. This documentation supports your notification obligations and provides evidence for families and regulators. We treat outbreak response as an emergency, not a scheduled job.
