This covers zone-based protocols, correct product selection and dwell times, PPE use, colour-coded equipment systems and appropriate clinical waste awareness. They’re also background-verified and inducted on your specific facility’s requirements.

We use TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectants appropriate to each zone and surface type. Product selection depends on the risk level of each area, treatment rooms and high-risk zones use disinfectants with broader efficacy spectrums. Dwell times are observed correctly, which is critical to achieving effective disinfection rather than just surface wiping.

Our cleaners are trained to recognise clinical waste streams and handle general waste appropriately. We do not collect, handle or dispose of sharps, regulated clinical waste or biohazardous materials, these are escalated to your clinical team in accordance with your practice’s infection control policy
